探析后张法预制箱梁预应力损失的计算和控制

On calculation and control of prestressed loss of tensioned prestressed box girder

结合石武客运专线驿城制梁场在箱梁预应力施工过程中总结出的经验,比较全面地分析了后张法预应力混凝土铁路桥简支箱梁在施工中预加应力损失的因素,并根据预应力损失的原理提出减少损失应采取的措施,从而保证预应力构件的抗拉强度。

Combining with the experience in the box girder prestressed construction process of Yicheng beam field along Shijiazhuang-Wuhan passenger special line,the paper analyzes the lost factors of prestress in the construction of the simply-supported box girder of the tensioning prestressed concrete railway bridges,and points out the measures to reduce the loss according to the principle of the prestressed loss,so as to ensure the tensile strength of the prestressed components.
