针对目前工程项目成本管理存在的成本管理和控制体制不健全,缺乏全过程成本控制等问题进行了分析,探讨了加强施工项目成本管理的对策,提出了具体措施并分别作了阐述,以指导实践。

The paper analyzes the problems in the costs management of the engineering program,including the unperfect costs management and the control system,the lack in the whole process costs control,explores the strategies to improve the costs management of the construction programs,and points out the factual measures and has the illustration,so as to direct the practice.
