摘要
通过对施工项目成本管理和施工企业定额的概念、具体活动、作用等方面的分析,研究了施工企业定额在项目成本管理中的基础作用及编制方法,以促进施工企业定额的建设。
According to analysis of the concepts of the costs management of the construction program and the quota of the construction enterprises,the factual activities and the role,the paper researches the basic function of the quota of the construction enterprises in the costs management,so as to enhance the construction of the quota of the construction enterprises.
