摘要
为了提高火工品的可靠性设计水平,将数值模拟技术引入隔板起爆器的设计中。利用LS-DYNA软件对某隔板起爆器隔板传爆过程进行模拟,计算得出可靠传爆不会穿透隔板的隔板厚度介于2.0 mm与5.0 mm之间。验证试验结果表明当隔板厚度为1.5~2.4 mm时,隔板能够完成正常功能,计算结果与实验结果基本吻合。
The numerical simulation was employed to the design of a mone reliable bulkhead initiator.The explosion transimission was simulated using LS-DYNA code.The simulation results show that when the thickness of bulkhead is between 2.0 mm and 5.0 mm,the bulkhead will transmit shock wave well without being penetrated,and the bulkhead initiator can perform its normal function when the thickness of bulkhead is between 1.5 mm and 2.4 mm.The simulation result agrees with the test result.
