结合工程项目管理的具体内容,探讨了公路工程施工进度控制工作,着重阐述了进度计划的制定与实施要点,指出实现工程施工进度的控制方法主要是压缩关键工作的持续时间和组织搭接工作或平行作业。
Combining with the factual contents for the engineering program management,the paper explores the construction speed control of the road engineering,illustrates the formulation of the speed plan and the implementation points,and points out the controlling method of realizing the engineering construction speed is to compress the lasting time of the key work and to organize the lap joint or the parallel work.
