摘要
将修理过程拆分为4个主要修理工序,构建影响修理过程质量的评价指标体系。以我军4家同级别修理工厂的装备修理过程为例,运用ELECTREⅠ理论,建立装备修理过程质量的综合评价模型。通过提出净优势度的概念,很好地解决了ELECTREⅠ理论评价结果不完全排序的问题,也进一步验证了评价模型的科学性和实用性。
The maintenance process is divided into four main maintenance steps and the evaluation index system set forth for maintenance process quality. Taking the equipment maintenance process of four maintenance factories of the same level in the army for an example and employing ELECTRE I methodology, a comprehensive evaluation model for maintenance process quality of equipment is built. The concept of net advantage degree is put forward so as to provide a better solution to the problem of incomplete ranking of the evaluation result with the ELECTRE I methodology, thus further proving the scientificity and practicality of the evaluation model.
