浅埋煤层顶板分级及灾变预防

摘要 根据我国直接顸和基本项分类指标对南梁煤矿浅埋单体长壁工作面顶板进行了分级。分析了目前工作面的支护状况,提出了通过强制放顶,预防大面积垮落灾变的措施,这些措施对预防开采过程中发生大面积垮落,实现浅埋煤层单体工作面连续推进具有重要意义。 According to the index of immediate roof and main roof classing in our country, the Nan - Hang mine' s individual jacks face roof is classed, the immediate roof belongs to secondary steady roof and the main roof belongs to Ⅳ strong 'weighting roof. Through analyzing the support condition of the working face, the measure which taking a forced caving is put forwarded. It can prevent the disaster which through controlling the first weighting step and the weighting main roof sink and the cycle weighting main roof sink to the allowable extent. It is important meaning to realize normal mining face to advance continuity and to prevent the disaster in individual jacks long -wall face which is covered with thick soil strata in shallow seam.
