Skp2、C-myc在宫颈癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨skp2、C—myc在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理指标的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测正常宫颈、宫颈内瘤样病变各10例、宫颈癌组织30例中Skp2、C—myc的表达。结果Skp2在宫颈癌组织中阳性表达率为46.7%,高于宫颈内瘤样病变(均为阴性)(P〈0.05)和正常宫颈组织(均为阴性)(P〈0.05)。Sk;12在宫颈癌组织中的表达与临床分期、组织分化有关,与淋巴转移无关(P〉0.05)。C—myc在宫颈癌组织中阳性表达率是83.3%,显著高于宫颈内瘤样病变(P〈0.01)和正常宫颈(阴性表达)(P〈0.01)。C—myc阳性表达与临床分期有关,与分化程度及淋巴转移无关。结论C—myc可能与宫颈癌音白者碡发展有美Sk02古白熹扶据示预后不良,Skp2、C-myc蛋白的检测可为判断宫颈癌恶性进程和预后提供重要参考。 Objective To investigate expressions of Skp2 and C-myc in cervical cancer tissues and their relationships with clinicopathologic characteristics of cervical cancer. Methods Expressions of Skp2 and C-myc in normal cervical tissues of 10 women; cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) of 10 patients and cervical cancer tissues of 30 patients were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method. Results The positive expression rate of Skp2 in cervical cancer tissues (46.7%) was significantly higher than that in CIN (negative expression, P 〈 0.05 ) and that in normal cervical tissues ( negative expression, P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of Skp2 in cervical cancer tissues was related to histological differentiation and clinical stage of cervical cancer( P 〈 0.05 ), but it was not related to lymphatic metastasis of the cancer ( P 〉 0.05). The expression rate of C-myc in cervical cancer tissues (83.3%) was significantly higher than that in CIN (20%, P 〈0.01 ) and normal cervical tissues ( negative expression, P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of C-myc in cervical cancer tissues was related to clinical stage of cervical cancer ( P 〈 0.05 ), but it was not related to histological differentiation and lymphatic metastasis of the cancer ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion C-myc protein may be closely related to occurrence and development of cervical cancer . The positive expression of Skp2 suggests a poor prognosis. Detections of Skp2 and C-myc proteins provide an important evidence for judging malignancy degree and prognosis of cervical cancer.
