围生期妇女肛肠疾病的调查

An investigation on anorectal diseases of women in perinatai period

目的调查研究围生期妇女肛肠疾病的影响因素以及相应的预防措施。方法选择深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院400例孕妇随机分成两组，惠肛肠疾病者为实验组200例，无肛肠疾病者为对照组200例，根据有可能影响肛肠疾病的因素对其进行调查分析。结果实验组患者例数在肛肠疾病家族史、既往史、饮食、活动量不足以及不按时排便等方面明显高于对照组患者（均P〈0．05），而实验组患者睡姿采取侧卧位和分娩顺利的例数明显少于对照组（χ2分别为91．3035、30．9397，均P〈0．05）。结论及时发现围生期妇女肛肠疾病的影响因素，并采取相应的预防措施，对预防围生期妇女肛肠疾病有很大效果。

Objective To investigate influencing factors and to explore preventive measures of anorectal diseases of women in perinatal period. Methods 400 pregnant women who delivered in Bao＇ an District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shenzhen City were divided into two groups： experimental group （200 pregnant women suffered from anorectal diseases） and control group （200 pregnant women didn＇ t suffer from any anorectal diseases）. The influencing factors of anorectal diseases of the pregnant women were investigated and analyzed. Results The rates of family history of anorectal disease, past medical history, adverse dietary habbits, lacking of activity and no defecating in time in the pregnant women in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. While the proportions of pregnant women who urually sleeped in lateral position and delivered normally in the experimental group were lower than the control group （22 = 91, 3035, 30. 9397 respectively, both P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Timely finding out influencing factors of anorectal diseases of women in perinatal period and adopting corresponding preventive measures promptly can effectively prevent anorectal diseases of the women.
