针对船舶制造信息资源标准研究明显不足,导致其生产组织与计划混乱、生产效率底下的现状,提出面向船舶制造业的制造信息资源标准模型,在此基础上构建其编码映射及集成模型.并根据某船舶企业的实际情况,通过建立基于船舶制造信息资源标准的集成制造管理平台,对体系和模型的正确性和有效性进行了验证.

The research is deficient in the manufacture information resources standard, resulting in chaotic organization of production and planning. Therefore, information resources standard model for shipbuilding industry is provided in this paper and coding map and integrated model is set up. Based on a certain shipping company＇s actual situation, according to information resources standard, the shipbuilding integrated manufacturing management platform is constructed The implementation results have shown the validity and feasibility of the model.
