摘要 剖析船舶舵系安装中存在的技术问题,针对各项技术问题分析存在的原因,进而提出相关的精度控制措施,最后将研发的舵系安装各项精度控制措施应用于176000DWT散货船舵系安装中.结果证明,应该研究成果不仅能提高大型船舶舵系安装的质量,同时有利于提高舵系安装效率,并可以降低成本,具有一定的推广应用价值. The key technology of precision control is researched and used for large ship rudder system installation. Firstly, the technical problems during the rudder system installation are put forward, and the reasons of which are analyzed Accordingly, the related precision control measures are proposed Finally, the precision control measures are used in the rudder system installation of 176000 DWT bulk carriers. With the application of technological achievements in the paper, the quality of large ship rudder system installation will be improved, what's more, the efficiency of rudder system installation will be improved, and the respectable economic benefit will be achieved, so the technological achievements are valuable for generalizations and applications.
