摘要
针对矿用电液控制主阀阀芯所受的作用力,运用三维建模软件PROE对其流道建立了模型,并通过数值模拟软件Fluent在不同的边界条件下对阀道内流场做了仿真,得出了相应边界条件下阀芯所受的总作用力,并将仿真值与理论计算值进行比较,通过两种方法的比较,明确阀芯所受作用力的变化规律,为进一步了解主阀阀芯的受力特性提供参考。
Concerning the forces on the spools of the electro-hydraulic-controlled main valves for mines,a model is established on the flow with the help of the three-dimensional modeling software PROE,the flow field in the valves is simulated in different boundary conditions with numerical simulation software Fluent,getting the general force on the spool in corresponding boundary conditions,and the simulation values and theoretical values are compared to get the changing rules of the forces on the spool,for reference for further understanding of the force characteristics of the spool.
