民营企业本地嵌入路径的实证研究——结合浙江104家企业问卷调查的分析

Empirical Research on Private Enterprise's Local Embedded Path

本文以浙江104家民营企业作为样本,对中国现阶段沿海发达地区民营企业本地嵌入路径展开研究,并得出以下结论:社会资本和网络权力的相互结合构成了民营企业本地嵌入路径的关键特征。本地嵌入效应要素的形成,除了形成路径外,还需要其它条件的配合。基于前述研究结论,本文提出了多层次网络建设战略以保证本地区经济可持续发展。

Taking 104 private enterprises in Zhejiang Province as specimen,this article expands empirical study on private enterprises' local embedding path in developed coastal areas in China,and obtains such conclusions: the mutual combination of social capital and the network powers constitutes key features during private enterprise's local embedding.In addition to the forming path,other conditions are needed to form the effect elements of local embedding.Based on the foregoing conclusions,this article proposes the multi-level network construction strategy to guarantee the sustainable development of local economy.
