摘要
研究了化学成分对金属陶瓷断裂韧性和组织的影响,结果表明,当WC加入量为10%,Mo的加入量为15%时,可获得较高的断裂韧性;随NbC、TaC或(Nb、Ta)C的加入量增加,断裂韧性单调下降,金属相对陶瓷相润湿性的降低是导致断裂韧性降低的主要原因。
The effect of chemical composition on the fracture toughness and microstructure has been studied. The results have shown that the cermet is of high fracture toughness value when the contents of tungsten carbide and molybdenum are 10% and 15 % respectively. The fracture toughness decreases linely with increasing the content of NbC,TaC or (Nb, Ta)C. low wettability of metals for ceramics is the main reason of low fracture toughness value.
