加工工艺对S-PVC/EP复合材料微观相形态的影响

Effect of Processing Technologies on Microscopic Morphology in S-PVC/EP Composite

摘要 采用熔融挤出法制备了软质聚氯乙烯/环氧树(脂S-PVC/EP)复合材料,通过扫描电(镜SEM)研究了不同混料工艺、挤出工艺、热处理工艺及剪切力等对EP形态分布的影响。结果表明:溶剂法稀释EP、二次挤出工艺都有利于EP的分散及分布而,热处理工艺不利于EP的分散和分布但,却有利于复合材料性能的提高。 Soft-PVC/EP composites were prepared by melt extrusion method. The effect of varies processes such as the mixing process, extrusion process, post heat treatment on the morphological distributing of EP was investigated by SEM. The results show that secondary extrusion and diluting the EP with solvent is beneficial to the dispersion and distribution of epoxy; the post heat treatment is in favor of increasing of properties, but is not beneficial to dispersion and distribution of epoxy.
