摘要
针对塑件结构不对称造成的充填不均衡的问题,提出了将点浇口和潜伏式浇口进行组合的浇注系统布置方式,并借助于Moldflow软件的分析结果得到了最优方案。为确保在推出塑件前可靠地切断潜伏式浇口并推出浇口凝料,模具采用由两块推板、一块推杆固定板和两块阶梯式垫块组成的二级推出机构。生产实践表明:该模具结构合理动,作可靠,塑件脱模顺利,质量稳定。
A runner arrangement method combined by pin-point gate and submarine gate was proposed to solve the filling unbalance problem of the asymmetrical structure plastic part. Optimal filling plan was obtained by aid of the analysis results of Moldflow software. To ensure the submarine gate been reliably cut off and the submarine gate freezing material been pulled out before the plastic part was put out, simple and practical two-stage ejection mechanism was adopted in the mold. The mechanism was consisted of two ejector plates, one ejector retainer plate and two ladder-shape ejector housings. Practice shows that: the mold has rational structure, reliable action, smooth ejection and stable quality.
