精神分裂症大脑额叶神经病理学研究

Neuropathological study of frontal lobe of schizophrenia patients

目的:寻找精神分裂症(Schizophrenia)大脑额叶存在的病理改变,探索精神分裂症的病因和发病机制。方法:对精神分裂症组及对照组大脑额叶取材、制片,进行显微镜观察和体视学研究,寻找其客观病理改变。结果:精神分裂症大脑额叶锥体细胞大量核固缩(外锥体细胞层为主),神经细胞变性坏死,胶质细胞增生,卫星现象和嗜神经现象较对照组显著增加(内椎体细胞层和多形层为主),同时伴微血管充血、密度增大和大量淀粉样小体形成。结论:精神分裂症的发病可能与大脑额叶退行性病理改变密切相关。

Objective：To study pathological changes and the etiology existing in frontal lobes of schizophrenia group.Methods：Frontal lobes of schizophrenia and normal control group were harvested and made into paraffin sections,and microscopic and stereological methods were used to study pathological changes existing in frontal lobes.Results：In schizophrenic group,a large number of pyramidal cells condensed;nerve cells degenerated and necrosed;glial cells proliferated;a large number of amyloid corpuscles formed,and satellitosis and neuronophagia significantly increased compared with the control group.Conclusion：The pathological changes in frontal lobe may be closely related with schizophrenia.
