摘要
采用以浮选为主的联合流程,从强磁尾矿中综合回收稀土和铌是比较有效的工艺.先用浮选方法,以S1 和H205为组合捕收剂,选出稀土精矿.再采用浮—磁—重联合流程,从浮稀土的尾矿中选出铌.在强磁尾矿含REO 8.5% ,Nb2O5 0.125% 的情况下,采用该工艺获得稀土精矿含REO 36.70% ,回收率57.34% ;铌精矿1 含Nb2O5 1.66% ,铌精矿2含Nb2O5 0.59% ,铌总回收率35.58% .
The combined process flow taking flotation as dominance to recover rare earth and niobium comprehensively from the strongly magnetic tailings is an effective process. Firstly, flotation is taken to separate out the rare earth concentrate with S\-1 and H\-\{205\} as combined collector. After that, the flotation\|magnetic separation\|gravity separation combined process flow is used to obtain niobium from the tailings. Under the condition that the strongly magnetic tailings contain REO 8\^5%, Nb\-2O\-5 0\^125%, the grade of so obtained RE concentrate is REO 36\^70% with the recovery of 57\^34%; the grade of Nb concentrate 1 is Nb\-2O\-5 1\^66% and the grade of Nb concentrate 2 is Nb\-2O\-5 0\^59%; the total Nb recovery is 35\^58%.
