摘要
以离子型稀土矿四分组的TbDy 富集物为原料,用萃取法分离提取99.98% 的高纯Dy2O3 的工业试验已获成功,总回收率达98% .采用本方法提取高纯氧化镝,成本低,回收率高,产品质量稳定,明显优于离子交换法和萃取色层法.
The industrial\|scale test on production of high\|purity dysprosium oxide (99\^98%) by extraction has got success, in which the enriched TbDy from the four\|grouped ion type RE mineral was taken as raw material and the overall recovery reached 98%. This method is characterized by low cost, high recovery, stable quality and is obviously superior to ion\|exchange and extraction\|chromatography. The product quality has reached the best level in our country.
