脊髓损伤后神经再生抑制因子的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 脊髓损伤后的修复一直是神经科学领域的一大难题,主要原因是由于损伤后神经轴突的再生能力非常有限。近年来,脊髓损伤后神经再生抑制因子已成为研究热点,除了传统的胶质瘢痕和髓磷脂相关抑制蛋白外,神经轴突导向分子、神经粘附分子、肿瘤抑制因子等对神经轴突再生的抑制作用及其机制都已被阐明,因而消除这些因子的抑制作用将有利于脊髓的再生及神经功能的恢复。本文着重对目前这一研究现状进行概述,以期待为临床治疗带来希望。
