胶质瘤DNA甲基化与叶酸代谢 被引量:2

摘要 DNA甲基化是表观遗传学的主要表现形式,大量肿瘤抑制基因、细胞周期调控基因、DNA损伤修复基因、肿瘤侵袭相关基因等启动子区域甲基化,与胶质瘤的发生发展密切相关。叶酸作为甲基的供体参与体内甲基化与DNA合成过程,其缺乏和代谢异常与胶质瘤的发生发展有关。了解胶质瘤DNA甲基化与叶酸代谢,对胶质瘤的预防和治疗将产生积极作用。现就胶质瘤DNA甲基化与叶酸代谢的相关研究进展作一综述。
