益生菌在炎症性肠病中的应用

Role of probiotics in the management of inflammatory bowel disease

炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种慢性复发性肠道炎症性疾病,益生菌是近10余年用于IBD治疗的新兴药物.一些动物实验证实益生菌可减轻实验性结肠炎;临床研究提示益生菌用于维持缓解可能有效,但结果均不一致.益生菌用于IBD治疗还有许多问题有待解决.本文就益生菌在IBD中应用的研究情况作一简要综述.

Inflammatory bowel disease（IBD） is a disorder characterized by chronic recurrent colitis.Probiotics have emerged as a new therapy for IBD over the last decade.The eff icacy of probiotics in attenuating experimental colitis and preventing clinical relapse had been proved in some animal and human studies but data are still inconsistent.There are many problems to be solved in future studies.This review focuses on recent advances in understanding the role of probiotics in the management of IBD.
