摘要
本文对1例成人回肠末端Burkitt样淋巴瘤的临床特征、组织学及免疫组织化学进行观察,并复习临床资料及国内外文献,探讨该病的临床病理特点、诊断和治疗.原发于成人回肠的Burkitt样淋巴瘤临床非常罕见,属于高度恶性的非霍奇金淋巴瘤,化疗是首选的治疗手段,外科手术在Burkitt样淋巴瘤的治疗中有利亦有弊,临床医师需要提高对本病的认识.
In this article,we report a case of adult Burkittlike lymphoma of the ileum.The clinical,histological,and immunohistochemical features of the disease in this case were analyzed.Moreover,a review of relevant literature was performed to summarize the clinicopathological characteristics,diagnosis,and treatment of the disease.Primary adult Burkitt-like lymphoma of the ileum is very rare and belongs to highly malignant non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma.Chemotherapy is the preferred treatment while surgery shows pros and cons in the management of Burkitt-like lymphoma of the ileum.Clinicians need to raise awareness of this disease.
