高炉使用高熟料比冶炼锰铁的生产实践

摘要 根据国内外锰矿粉资源多且未被充分利用的现状,针对高炉冶炼锰铁的特点,结合本公司实际,进行了锰铁高炉高熟料率的生产试验,并对有关问题进行了探讨。试验结果表明,高炉冶炼锰铁熟料率可达100 % ,炉况顺行,技术经济指标改善。 According to the status that the manganese ore powder is in abundence at home and abroad but is not fully utilized, tests are made of the ferro-manganese blast furnace adopting high grog ratio, in view of the features of blast furnace smelting of ferro-manganese and the actual situation of the corporation. The related problems are discussed as well. The best results show that the grog ratio can reach to 100%, with a good operation of the furnace and improvements of technical and economic indexes.
