鼻内镜加低温等离子射频治疗伴鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎临床观察

Clinical observation on treatment of allergic rhinitis complicated with nasal septum deviation with nasal endoscopic resection of deviation combined with low-temperature plasm radiofrequency

目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术加低温等离子射频治疗伴鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法 168例伴鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎患者随机分成A,B,C三组。A组40例,鼻内镜下单纯鼻中隔矫正术治疗;B组49例,采用鼻内镜下低温等离子射频治疗;C组79例,应用鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术联合低温等离子射频治疗。结果术后1年A,B,C组显效率分别为77.5%,57.1%,79.7%。A,C组的显效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但高于B组(P<0.05);术后2年A,B,C组显效率分别为55%,40.8%,75.9%。C组显效率则高于A、B组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下手术联合低温等离子射频治疗伴鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎有较好的远期疗效。

Objective To study the clinical effect of endoscopic resection of nasal septum deviation（NSD） combined with low-temperature plasm radiofrequency（LTPR） for allergic rhinitis（AR） complicated with NSD.Methods 168 cases of AR complicated with NSD were divided into 3 groups randomly.Patients of group A（n=40） and group B（n=49） were treated by simple resection of NSD and simple LTPR respectively,and those of group C（n=79） were treated by endoscopic resection of NSD combined with LTPR.Results After followed-up for one year postoperatively,the significantly effective rates of group A,B and C were 77.5%,57.1% and 79.7% respectively.The difference between group A and C was statistically insignificant（P0.05）,while those between group A and B,group C and B were significant（P0.05）.After followed-up for two years postoperatively,the rates of group A,B and C were 55%,40.8%,and 75.9% respectively,the significantly effective rate of group C was higher than those both of group A and group B（P0.05）.Conclusion Application of endoscopic resection of NSD combined with LTPR to the treatment of AR with NSD shows good long-term effect.
