摘要 从热力学角度分析了超临界流体萃取的原理,论述了超临界流体革取的特点及工艺过程,介绍了超临界流体革取在食品、化工、超细粉制备等领域中的应用情况. The principle of supercritical fluid extraction is analyzed by thermodynamics,and the technical characteristics and process are discussed. The applications ofsupercritical fluid extraction are stated.
