摘要
分析管道内绕静止圆柱状型料的流线分布和局部阻力损失的成因,借鉴同心环隙流理论,研究统静止圆柱状型料管道流的水力损失,并通过实验导出计算绕静止圆柱状型料管道流水力损失的半经验公式.
Based on the flow pattens around stationary cylindrical moulded product inpipeline, the distribution of streamline and the causes of formation of local excesshydraulic loss were analyzed. By comparing the experimental data, the coefficientsof were revised and the equations for calculating hydraulic loss on stationarycylindrical molded product in pipeline were also determined which are practicalsemi-empirical equations for excess hydraulic loss when molded product begins tomove in pipeline.
