宫颈癌肿瘤血管生成与MSCT灌注相关性研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤的血管生成是近年来兴起的一个新的医学研究热点。20世纪70年代,Folkman首先提出了肿瘤血管生成理论,他认为肿瘤属于血管依赖性病变,它的生长和转移均与肿瘤的血管生成有关,肿瘤细胞代谢产生的物理-化学信号可激活血管内皮细胞,打破原有的平衡,促进肿瘤血管生成,进而促进肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润与转移。
