摘要 目的:总结p73在肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用及其在肿瘤防治领域的研究现状。方法:应用PubMed及CNKI期刊全文数据库检索系统,以"p73"为关键词,检索得到1997-01-2009-06的相关文献共1 560篇,其中中文文献318篇,英文文献1 242篇,纳入标准:1)p73的结构特征;2)p73的功能;3)p73与肿瘤的关系。根据纳入标准,选择30篇中、外文核心期刊作为参考文献。结果:p73的功能可能取决于TA亚型与DN亚型的比例,且与家族成员间网络化的相互作用,p73所受应激因素,所处细胞环境,组织类型及肿瘤类型等相关。结论:p73与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,在肿瘤防治领域有广泛的应用前景。 OBJECTIVE:To summarize the functions of p73 in tumours and its role in cancer prevention and therapy.METHORDS:Based on PubMed and CNKI journal full-text database retrieval systems,literature was searched with the key word of "p73" from January 1997 to June 2009,obtaining a total of 1 560 articles,318 in Chinese and 1 242 in English.Choice criteria:1)the characteristics of structure about p73;2)the function of p73;3)the correlation between p73 and tumors.By extraction according to the choice criteria,30 papers were synthesized finally.RESULTS: The functions of p73 may depend on the ratio of TA isform and DN isform,which may also be in response to the complex network interactions within the p53 family,the stress factors,the cell context,the type of tissue and tumour.CONCLUSION: p73 is high associated with tumours and full of significance for anti-cancer therapy.
