二巯基丁二酸与不同营养素联合干预小鼠铅中毒的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察二巯基丁二酸(DMSA)与营养素联合应用治疗铅中毒的效果,探讨药物与营养素间的最佳配伍方式及应用剂量。方法采用正交设计,通过对治疗后铅中毒小鼠的血铅水平筛选出DMSA与营养素联合治疗铅中毒的最佳方案,把筛选出的干预组分别同高剂量DMSA组和低剂量DMSA组相比较,判断此种方案的治疗效果。结果钙、维生素C和DMSA联合干预组小鼠血铅平均水平为234.7μg/L,在各干预组中血铅水平最低,且与低剂量DMSA组和高剂量DMSA组相比,差异具有统计学意义。结论 DMSA与钙、维生素C联合为最佳配伍方式,三者联合使用,在减少使用剂量的情况下,仍具有较好的驱铅效果。 Objective To explore the combination effects of micronutrients used with 2,3-dimercaptosuccinic acid(DM-SA) in the treatment of lead-intoxicated mice for the optimum combination way.Method By orthogonal design,the lead-exposed mice were supplemented by gavage with different combinations of micronutrients with and without DMSA as designed in the or-thogonal table,the optimum combination way was compared to low,high-dose DMSA groups.Results The lowest blood lead lev-el(234.7 μg /L) in all groups was shown in the mice supplemented with combination of calcium and ascorbic acid along with DMSA.Conclusion The optimum combination of micronutrients used with DMSA was calcium and ascorbic acid,which,even in lower dose of DMSA,still seemed to potentiate the chelating effect in the treatment of lead intoxicated mice.
