摘要 目的:设计出新型经皮椎弓根植骨器械,实现经皮穿刺经椎弓根椎体内植骨.方法:在CAD2006软件平台中,利用三维实体建模和参数化建模技术,设计一套经皮椎弓根植骨器械,包括植骨漏斗、内蕊、通条、安全卡、取骨器,并进行虚拟装配,观察器械匹配情况.结果:成功设计经皮椎弓根植骨器械一套:包括取骨器、植骨漏斗、内蕊、通条、安全卡.植骨漏斗外径5.2 mm、内径3.8 mm、长144 mm(直头)和160 mm(弯头).虚拟装配,观察器械匹配良好.结论:此器械以国人椎弓根解剖特征为依据,设计合理,匹配性好,具有自攻通道、定向植骨、辅助复位、微创安全等特点,适用于经皮穿刺经椎弓根植骨. Objective: To develop a percutaneous and transpedicular interbody bonegrafting apparatus for percutaneous puncture transpedicular interbody bone-grafting. Methods: A set of percutaneous transpedicular bonegrafting apparatus including the bone-grafting funnels, obturator, wick, safety lock and bone harvester, was designed using the 3D-entity and parametery modeling technique in autoCAD 2006 software platform. Virtual assembly and compatibility of the component pieces was examined. Results: A set of pereutaneous transpedicular boue grafting apparatus were successfully desigued, which iuelude a bone harvester, two funnels, two obturators and two wicks; The virtual assembly verified that all component pieces were well matched. Conclusion: The apparatus was reasonably designed for easy manipulation and efficiency of bone-grafting based on anatomical features of Chinese population. As a new bone grafting apparatus with advantages of self-produce passage, orientated bone grafting, it may help reduction of fracture, and obtain autogenous bone via minimally invasive approach, which appeared suitable for percutaneous transpedieular bone delivery.
