Brief discussion on cost control of special construction items during bidding phase of water resources project

以新疆北疆引水工程的沙漠明渠为例,针对工程条件特殊的施工项目的特点,对其招标阶段的造价控制进行了论述。

Taking the open-channel in desert for the North Xinjang Water Conveyance Project in Xinjiang as a study case, the cost control of some special construction items for the project during the bidding phase is briefly discussed herein in accordance with the construction conditions concerned.
