摘要
根据龙滩水电站大坝体形设计成果,需进行固结灌浆处理的坝基投影面积达85 000 m2,基岩灌浆设计总进尺150 000 m,其处理范围及工程量居同类工程前列。通过对地质资料的掌握、灌浆参数的选取、灌浆施工及灌浆效果评价等方面总结了龙滩水电站200 m级碾压混凝土高坝坝基固结灌浆处理的成果。前期工程已全面投入运行近3年,坝基各项运行指标均反映良好,表明坝基固结灌浆处理设计是成功的。
Based on dam shape design of Longtan RCC Dam with a height in 200 m level, the dam foundation with a projected area of 85 000 m2 is needed to be consolidated by grouting. The designed total length of grouting reaches 150 000 m. The achievements on consolidation grouting for Langtau Dam were summarized by geological data analysis, grouting parameters selection, grouting construction and effect evaluation. The dam has been put into operation for 3 years and is in a good condition. The aetual operation shows that the design of consolidation grouting is successful.
