摘要
永州电网是湖南省南部的小电网,该电网以水电为主,平时与大电网相联。在2008年我国南方冰冻灾害期间该小电网与大电网解列后,黑启动成功。在小弧网运行时出现了各电站负荷分配、无功分配等问题,为保证小电网的稳定运行采取了一些措施,如调整电网中各水电站的运行方式、调速器和励磁调节器的参数整定等。这些措施保证了小水电网孤立运行的稳定性。
Yongzhou Power Grid is a smaller grid in Southern Hunan Province and connected with other larger power grids under normal operating conditions. The hydropower stations are the main sources in this Grid. In the period of 2008's freezing disaster, the Grid was disconnected with other grids and operated in isolation after successful black starting. The problems of load and reactive power allocation are emerged in the isolated operation. After implementing the measures of changing the operating mode of each hydropower station and adjusting the operating parameters of governors and excitation regulator, the stable operation of Grid is guaranteed.
