“协同E智”的债权债务管理在勘测设计企业的应用

传统意义的债权债务管理仅仅强调财务管理的职能,不能满足现代企业债权债务管理的需要。结合计算机技术的应用,提出了企业市场、生产、财务等各有关部门"协同E智"的债权债务管理模式,并已在贵阳勘测设计研究院推广应用。该模式通过一个联网的债权债务管理系统,将院内各有关部门的工作有机地联结起来,并通过对企业各类编码规则的统一,实现各分院及子公司债权债务的合并、分类、自动确认,以及数据库的共享、查询,从而达到对企业债权债务更有效的管理。

The traditional credit and debt management system only emphasizes the financial management and can not meet the needs of modern businesses. By using computer technology, a new credit and debt management system based on the idea of cooperation ＆ electronic wisdom was developed and put into practice in HydroChina Guiyang Engineering Corporation. The new system can integrate the workings of marketing, production, financial and other departments together. By unifying the encoding rules of whole company, the system can achieve the unification, classification and automatic confirmation of subsidiaries＂ credits and debts and provide data sharing and query. The application of new system can promote a more effective credit and debt management of enterprise.
