摘要
大学教育的根本任务是什么?宁波诺丁汉大学的做法与体会是:在于成就创新型人才,将创新型人才的培养工作落实在学校工作的各个方面,贯穿于校风建设、课程教学、导师指导、课外活动、考试评估等项活动的每个环节。创新型人才的培养,重在培植追求真理的精神,夯实学术累积的根基,点燃刨根究底的资质,促进非智力因素的增长等等。在学生完成相应学业时,检验他们成长发展的结果,使之成为德才兼备、兴趣广泛、身心两健、和谐发展的人。
The fundamental task for higher education is to cultivate innovative talents.In UNN,it was carried out in all processes including university culture building,module teaching learning,personal tutor supervising,extra-curriculum activity,examination and evaluation.It was discussed in this paper how to cultivate student to have spirit of seeking for the truth,to have solid academic foundation,to challenge and to question,and to develop non-intellectual factors.When students accomplish their degree,they shall become all-around developed innovative talents with noble moral,academic excellence and wide interests.
