摘要
网络探究(WebQuest)是一种引导学生利用互联网信息资源进行探究式学习的教学模式。传统新闻英语教学侧重知识传承与积累,忽视学生自主性探究学习能力培养,影响了学科思维能力的发展。而现代新闻英语具有丰富的电子新闻资源,采取网络探究式教学可以弥补传统教学不足。文章依托WebQuest设计平台,探讨了新闻英语实施网络探究式教学的设计特点,同时区分了与传统新闻英语不同的教学理念。
The traditional teaching of journalistic English features teacher-centered transferring of knowledge to students,with result of being weak in fostering thinking ability and limited in developing autonomous,inquiry and cooperative abilities.As an inquiry-styled learning mode,WebQuest can compensate for those losses of journalistic English by steering students to explore abundant resources of e-paper.This paper discusses the teaching concepts and designing modes of conducting WebQuest teaching in journalistic English.
