摘要
基于西门子S7-300 PLC和PROFIBUS现场总线,提出并开发了一套树脂砂再生及落砂系统,给出了系统的解决方案,并描述了系统的组成、结构和实现方法,该系统可以很好地满足铸造生产对树脂砂再生及型砂造型的自动控制要求。
based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and PROFIBUS field bus,proposed and developed a set of resin sand regeneration and fell sand system,presented system solutions,and describe the system composition,structure and realization method,the system can well satisfy the resin sand casting production of renewable and sand formative automatic control requirements.
