针对某厂液化石油气储罐焊缝出现了2条表面裂纹的问题,对裂纹产生的原因及形成机理作了详细分析,找出形成裂纹的原因,并通过打磨消除了裂纹,通过无量纲计算,对其中一条裂纹进行了补焊及检验等措施,保障了设备的安全运行。
