摘要
复合材料的切削加工性很差,复合材料加工刀具已严重影响了复合材料的加工质量和效率。为解决复合材料的加工存在质量差和效率低的问题,笔者针对复合材料的加工性能、刀具材料及其结构,进行了系统的研究。掌握了加工复合材料铣刀的设计和制造技术,并通过对刀具结构参数的优化,提高了复合材料切削加工质量和效率。
Because the composite is very difficult to be cut,the milling cutters influence the quality and efficiency of the machining of the composite.To solve the problem,penman has studied the cutting character,the material and construction of the milling cutters.Not only master the technology of the design and machining but also optimize the parameters of the milling cutter structure,therefore,the quality and efficiency of the machining of the composite is advanced.
