摘要
型砂紧实率控制是型砂质量控制的重要内容之一。本文就连续式混砂机水分控制进行了系统的研究。建立紧实率控制数学模型，进行基于经典控制理论和模糊控制理论的控制器设计。
The compactability control of molding sand is a decisive topic for molding sand system. The paper deals with the project initially and systematically. A mathematical model is built up, and the three controllers based on conventional and fuzzy logical control theory are designed. The computer simulation shows comparable results.
