主动脉与肺动脉组织的生物力学特性比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的 通过对正常人主动脉与肺动脉组织之间拉伸力学特性的对比研究,为Ross手术提供生物力学实验依据.方法 取死亡3~4h内正常国人主、肺动脉壁,主、肺动脉窦壁,主、肺动脉瓣膜,制作成约长10mm、宽6mm的试验样本,用Boss 3330实验机对样本进行拉伸实验.结果 环向和纵向的主动脉壁, 主动脉瓣膜,主动脉窦壁与肺动脉壁,肺动脉瓣膜,肺动脉窦壁的弹性模量及抗拉强度均无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论 主动脉壁、主动脉瓣膜、主动脉窦壁与肺动脉壁、肺动脉瓣膜、肺动脉窦壁的生物力学性质基本相似. Objective To compare the biomechanical properties of fresh tissues between aorta and pulmonary arteries from normal corpse and to provide the scientific basis for the Ross procedure in biomechanics. Methods The blood vessel walls, sinus walls and valves of aorta and pulmonary arteries were collected from normal Chinese cadavers within 3 -4 hours and made into several specimens with length 10mm and width 6mm. The tensile test of specimens were carried out by using instrument Bose 3330. Results Tensile strength and the elastic modulus of the blood vessel wall, sinus wall and valve had no significant differences between aorta and pulmonary arteries both in circumferential and axial directions ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Biomechanical properties of the blood vessel wall, valve, sinus wall between aorta and pulmonary arteries are almost similar.
