基于fMRI的Top-down面孔加工神经机制的研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 面孔加工在日常生活和交往中具有重要作用,而人们通过联系先验经验或利用虚幻想象对视觉信息进行加工,进而识别出不同面孔的过程就是脑功能研究中的一种自上而下(top-down)加工方式。研究面孔top-down加工机制对于进一步了解面孔加工机制,揭示面孔加工机制是否具有特异性具有重要意义。本文对近几年来面孔top-down加工相关的功能磁共振研究方法和成果进行归纳和分析,其中包括基于功能磁共振信号强度计算的面孔感兴趣区分析;面孔top-down加工的全脑网络分析以及面孔top-down加工的因果模型分析。最后对该研究领域的发展进行展望。 Face processing plays an important role in people's social communication. The performance that people identify faces by processing of visual information with the help of expertise or illusion is a kind of top-down modulation in the studies of brain function. The investigation of mechanism of face top-down modulation can greatly highlight the nature of face processing and help to explore the specificity of the mechanism of face processing. This paper introduces and summarizes the recent studies on face top-down processing based on functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) , which includes the analysis of regions of interest, the identification of neural network and the causal models for top-down face processing. This paper also discusses the prospects of development of this field.
