摘要
在地震小区划、概率设定地震和广泛收集地震地质、建(构)筑物、生命线工程、地震次生灾害源、社会环境与经济人口数据等的基础上,对东莞市区89.3 km2范围工作区开展震害预测与防御对策研究,得到不同烈度下建(构)筑物、生命线工程的震害分析结果,以及地震次生灾害影响、人员伤亡与经济损失评估结果,对工作区及东莞市的抗震能力进行了综合评价,提出了防御地震灾害的措施和对策,开发了基于GIS的防震减灾信息管理与地震应急辅助决策系统、防震减灾信息服务系统和地上与地下三维可视化模块。
Based on seismic micro-zoning,probabilistic earthquake and extensive collection of the data of seismic geology,building(structure),lifeline engineering,sources of earthquake-induced disasters,social environment and economic population,etc.,earthquake disaster prediction and countermeasure researches have been carried out within 89.3 km2 in the urban area of Dongguan,so that the analysis of earthquake damage on buildings(structure) and lifeline engineering under various intensity,the estimation of the affect caused by earthquake-induced disasters,and casualties and economic losses have been made out;the earthquake resistant capacity of the working area and Dongguan has been assessed comprehensively;earthquake disaster defending countermeasures have been proposed;and the GIS-based information management of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction and emergency response decision-making support system,information service system of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction and 3D visualization modules aboveground and underground have been developed.
