丹皮酚脂质体凝胶的质量控制研究

Quality control of paeonol liposomal gel

目的建立丹皮酚脂质体凝胶的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱（TLC）法对凝胶中丹皮酚进行定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法测定凝胶中丹皮酚。结果TLC斑点清晰，专属性强，阴性无干扰；丹皮酚质量浓度在8．32－49．92H卧nL与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99．14％，RSD为0．86％。结论该定性鉴别和定量测定方法准确、可靠，可用于丹皮酚脂质体凝胶的质量控制。

Objective To establish quality control method of paeonol liposomal gel. Methods Qualitative identification of paeonol was carried out by TLC, and the content ofpaeonol was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC spots were clear, specific and free from interference of negative sample. The paeonol linear range was 8.32--49.92 μg/mL, and the average recovery rate was 99.14%, RSD was 0.86%. Conclusion The qualitative identification and determination are accurate and reliable for quality control ofpaeonol liposomal gel.
