摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定脑通颗粒中丹酚酸B。方法采用迪马色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水溶液(30:10:0.5:59.5)为流动相:检测波长286nml体积流量1.0mL/min;柱温40℃;进样量10止。结果丹酚酸B在0.4416-2.2080gg线性关系良好(r=0.9997),样品的平均回收率为98.65%,RSD为1.71%。结论本法重现性好、稳定可靠,可作为脑通颗粒的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for HPLC determination of salvianolic acid B in Naotong Granula. Methods The condition for I-IPLC was Diamonsil Czs column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) with methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water (30 : 10 : 0.5 : 59.5) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 40 *C. The injection volume was 10 μL, and detection wavelength was 286 nm. Results The linear range was of 0,441 6--2.208 0 μg for salvianolic acid B and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7. The average recovery was 98.65% with RSD 1.71%. Conclusion The method is reproducible, reliable, and can be used for quality control of Naotong Granula.
