优秀女子赛艇运动员高原训练监控 被引量:6

摘要 为探讨高原训练对赛艇运动员有氧运动肘力的影响,以女子公开级赛艇运动员为测试对象,测试2 000 m高原训练过程中运动员身体成分、血尿素、血清睾酮、功率、心率、乳酸、乳酸阈功率变化。结果:1)高原训练期间,血红蛋白浓度呈现波浪性变化并呈整体态势逐渐升高。下高原后与上高原前相比,运动员血红蛋白浓度明显升高(p<0.01)。2)高原训练中,体重虽明显下降,但平均体脂%和平均去脂体重变化甚微。3)高原训练初期平均功率-心率曲线对比上高原前出现略微左移,而高原训练后进入平原地带的测试结果对比高原训练初期出现一个较大幅度的右移。4)相对于上山前运动员的乳酸-功率曲线明显右移,显示运动员有氧运动能力提高。结论:高原训练后,Hb含量明显升高,多级测试表明运动员有氧代谢能力得以提高,说明前者可能是后者提高的生理基础;高原缺氧期间体内蛋白质分解加速,故训练期间应采取相应的措施避免由此引起的运动能力降低。 Objective:in order to research the effect of the highlad-training on the rowing player's aerobic ability,the paper takes the women's open table tennis players as the research object,the research monitors the rowers' changes of body average power of lactate threshold,heart rate,power,fat% and fat-free body mass quota during highland training.Results: 1)Hb tends to increase and its rising is significant compared with that not arriving at the highland(p0.01).2)Although the body weight decreases outstandingly,the average body fat% and fat-free body mass has hardly changed.3)The curve of both average power-heart rate and lactic acid-power move to the right,the latter means the sportsman has a bigger ability in aerobic exercise.Conclusion: 1)Highland training can stimulate the blood production of marrow,at the same time aerobic metabolism ability is improved,which means the former can be the physiological base.2)During the highland training,the protein can be dissimilated quickly,so it is noted that some measures should be taken to prevent the recession of rowers body function from the changes.
