摘要
对460MPa级钢采用TMCP工艺替代调质工艺进行试验研究,试验中选取3种不同厚度规格的钢板,通过TMCP和TMCP+RPC两种工艺的比较,找到最佳的生产模型,并生产出具有良好综合性能的460MPa级中厚钢板。
The present paper experimentally studies the adoption of TMCP process in lieu of the tempering-quenching process in rolling 460 MPa steel with three different specifications of thickness selected as the test samples.By comparison of two different processes,namely TMCP and TMCP+RPC the optimal production model is found out and then the medium and heavy plate of 460 MPa grade with excellent composite properties is produced.
