摘要
针对步进梁式加热炉钢坯跑偏问题,深入剖析步进机构运行控制原理,系统分析造成钢坯跑偏的各种原因,并结合现场实际,提出相应改进措施。
In light of the off-tracking problem of steel slab in the walking beam type furnace the present paper thoroughly describes the theory of functioning control of the furnace,analyzes the reasons of off-tracking problem of the steel slab and puts forward the corresponding measures in combination with the practice.
