摘要
通过自行创新设计的实验装置,应用丁二腈-5%(摩尔比)水透明模型合金冷态模拟研究方法,在压下量为0~5 mm范围内,研究连铸轻压下对中心偏析的影响。结果表明:随着压下量的增加,压下段中心偏析逐渐改善。较小的压下量对中心偏析改善作用较小;随压下量增加,压下量对中心偏析的改善作用逐渐增大;当压下量增加到一定程度时,压下量对中心偏析的改善作用逐渐减缓,并最终趋于平稳状态。
An experimental apparatus of cold model simulation used for the research of soft reduction technology of continuous casting was designed independently.The effect of soft reduction on central segregation was simulated by succinonitrile-5 %(molar ratio) water model in a range of reduction amounts between 0 mm to 5 mm.The research results indicate that with the increase of reduction amount,the central segregation in soft reduction segment is reduced gradually.The effect of smaller reduction amount on central segregation improvement is little;with the increase of reduction amount,the effect of reduction amount on the central segregation improvement is increased rapidly.However,when the reduction amount increased to a certain extent,the effect of reduction amount on the central segregation improvement is reduced gradually and finally it remains stable.
